At Krakatoa Underwear, we want you to feel confident in your fit, which is why we offer a 30-day trial period on your first pair. If you are not completely satisfied, we provide easy returns and exchanges to ensure you find your perfect match.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
